Support really helped me get it installed, and they were easy to work with. It did take a little longer than I expected, but overall I’m glad they got me through it

I had a feeling they’d be good with communication, that’s pretty much how it went. They replied quickly most of the time and kept me in the loop throughout. There was one small delay, but it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t really change my overall impression.

They didn’t come across pushy or anything, just explained what would fit my car and what I’d need for parking mode. Shipping came fast too. I’m giving 4 stars only because the install instructions, for a beginner like me, could have been a little clearer. Overall though, happy with what I bought.

I’ve had orders from other places where the wrong version shows up, or one accessory is gone, or the box looks like it was swapped around, but that didn’t happen here. Shipping was a little slower than I thought it would be, not terrible, just not super fast. Overall though, the order was accurate, which is the main thing for me. I’d order from them again.

The camera quality is decent overall, and for the most part it does what I need. But just going off my gut, the mount doesn’t feel like it’s going to hold up super well. It has that kind of cheap feel to it, so I’m not totally confident in the build. Not bad, just not perfect.
